Planning and designing a contractor’s apartment
The process is divided into 3 main stages:
Stage 1: Planning stage, including specifying and detailing your needs, creating execution plans, selecting a design concept, choosing finishing materials (flooring, tiling, sanitaryware, aluminum, doors, etc.), and budget management.
Stage 2: Execution stage, involving architectural supervision and guidance according to the plans we have created.
Stage 3: Interior decoration stage. This part is carried out concurrently with the execution stage and includes guidance on selecting furniture, complementary items, lighting, and other items to complete the interior decoration.

First Stage: Planning and Design Process
Definition and precise identification of your needs and desires
Enabling us to provide design solutions tailored to your requirements.
Implementation of needs into a plan
Based on the identified requirements, a revised plan for layout and furniture placement will be executed, ensuring the most suitable and accurate arrangement for you. This will serve as the foundation for your dream home. Additional complementary plans will be prepared according to the chosen layout and placement plan (architectural plan, demolition plan, construction plan, electrical and lighting plan, installation plan, drainage plan, HVAC plan, flooring plan, wet area covering plans, kitchen design, carpentry design, and more).
Development of a design concept
Creation of a detailed design concept including an inspiration board for all areas of the apartment. Throughout the planning and design process, we will adhere to the selected design concept and inspiration boards.
Purchase days for finishing materials
Selection of flooring, cladding, and sanitary ware, which will form the basis of the home’s design. From there, we will move on to the kitchen company to select the kitchen design according to the layout plans.
Architectural guidance and supervision
On the first day of renovation and just before the start, we will revisit the approved work plans with the managing contractor and each of the executing workers, mark the walls for demolition, and ensure that all workers understand the plans thoroughly. At each new stage of project progress, we will visit and meet with the managing contractor and each of the subcontractors involved in the project for guidance and supervision of the work process on-site according to the approved work plans or agreed decisions on-site.
Budget management and planning
A joint planning table of the project budget will be created and agreed upon in advance to distribute resources and control expenses throughout the project without creating unplanned deviations.
The entire process will be accompanied by responsive communication with a designated coordinator facilitating tenant-initiated changes on behalf of the contractor.
Second Stage
Building upon the work plans, the selected design concept, inspiration boards, and already purchased materials.
Finalization Plans
Creation of final plans for wall designs and planning of work surfaces and their layouts.
Purchase Days
Based on the preliminary planning conducted in advance, the chosen design concept, and inspiration boards, we will proceed to purchase days for furnishing the home according to the predetermined budget. Purchase days include:
- Selection of kitchen design including colors and materials.
- Design and furnishing of complementary carpentry items for the home such as a library, bathroom cabinets, hallway closets, and similar.
- Selection of main furniture.
- Selection of lighting fixtures.
- Selection of supplementary accessories such as textiles, art pieces, plants, and other decorative items.
Third Stage
Dressing Up
As we approach the end of the process and after all the installations of carpentry, kitchen, and furniture are completed, we will come to your place to position all the remaining furniture and various items, arranging all textiles and decorative pieces in their places.
At the end of the process, you will step into the home you’ve dreamed of, fulfilling your needs, with the vibrancy, appearance, and atmosphere you’ve envisioned.
