Interior Design Process
The process is divided into 3 main stages:
First Stage
The planning stage, which includes defining and specifying your needs, creating execution planning plans, selecting a design concept, choosing finishing materials (flooring, coverings, sanitaryware, aluminum, doors, and more), budget management and planning, and selecting a contractor.
Breakdown of the process by stages:
Defining and Understanding Customer’s Needs
The process begins with accurately defining your needs and dreams, so that we can provide design solutions for all requirements.
Implementing Needs into the Plan
Based on the defined needs, we will execute a revised plan for layout and furniture placement, tailored precisely to your requirements. This will form the foundation for the home of your dreams. Following the chosen layout and placement plan, we will prepare complementary plans (architectural plan, demolition plan, construction plan, electrical and lighting plan, installation plan, leveling plan, HVAC plan, flooring plan, wet area finishes plans, kitchen design, carpentry design, etc.).
Creating a Design Concept
We will develop a detailed design concept that includes an inspiration board for all areas of the apartment. Throughout the planning and design process, we will adhere to the chosen design concept and inspiration boards.
Preparing Work Specifications and Issuing Contracts to Contractors
Work specifications outline the renovation process in an organized manner, allowing us to be prepared in advance for all work requirements. This specification will assist in selecting a contractor and obtaining price quotes.
Material Procurement Days
Material procurement days will include selecting flooring, finishes, and sanitary ware, forming the basis of the design. We will then move on to the kitchen company, where we will choose the kitchen design according to the layout plans.
Budget Management and Planning
We will create a joint planning table of the project budget, agreed upon in advance, for the distribution of resources and control of expenses throughout the project, without generating unplanned deviations.
Second Stage
Based on the work plans, the selected design concept, inspiration boards, and purchased materials, it is now time to begin the renovation in practice, while simultaneously choosing the furniture and items for your dream home.
Architectural Guidance and Supervision
On the first day of renovation and just before commencement, we will once again go over the approved work plans with the main contractor and each of the executing workers.
We will mark the walls for demolition and ensure that all workers understand the plans thoroughly.
At each new stage of the project’s progress, we will visit and meet with the main contractor and each of the subcontractors involved in the project to provide guidance and supervision on the work process on-site according to the approved work plans or decisions made on-site.
Shopping Days
Based on the preliminary planning, the design concept, and inspiration boards, we will embark on shopping days to furnish the home according to the predefined budget. Shopping days include:
- Choosing kitchen design, including colors and materials.
- Cabinet design and complementary carpentry for the house such as library, bathroom cabinets, hallway closets, etc.
- Selection of main furniture.
- Selection of secondary furniture.
- Selection of lighting fixtures.
- Selection of supplementary equipment such as textiles, art pieces, plants, and other decorative items.
Third Stage
Towards the end of the process and after all the installations of the carpentry, kitchen, and furniture are completed, we will come to you to place all the remaining furniture and various items and arrange all textiles and decorative items in their place.
At the end of the process, you will enter the home of your dreams, serving your needs, with the colorfulness, appearance, and atmosphere you envisioned.
